IAMAW Grand Lodge

With nearly 600,000 active and retired members, the IAM is one of the largest and most diverse labor unions in North America. From Boeing and Lockheed Martin to United Airlines and Harley-Davidson, you will find IAM members across all walks of life. IAM members demand respect and dignity in the workplace. Together, we have been able to bargain for increased job security, higher wages and improved benefits.

Employee Benefit Systems

The Machinists Custom Choices Worksite Benefits Program is a suite of supplemental insurance products that were designed to fill the gaps of the plans provided through the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Members select the product(s) and benefit amounts that meet their family’s needs. Policies issued through a member’s participation in the program pay benefits directly to the insured regardless of any benefits the member may receive from employer sponsored plans.
